ஸ்ரீ நடராஜரின் ஆறு அபிஷேக தினங்களில் சாயரட்சை எனும் சாயுங்கால பூஜையாகச் செய்யப்படுகிறது.
Sri Natarajar Abishegam (Aavani Chaturdasi)
Of the six Abishegams (ablutions) for Lord Shiva, Avani Chaturdasi, is observed as Saayarakshai or evening pooja. This pooja will give the same benefits as darshan at Madurai Velli Ambalam. Of the six Ataras of Nataraja, this day is meant for the dance of the Swathisdaana Chakra.
